LINCOLNVILLE — Rep. Bob Walker, R-Lincolnville, says Maine could benefit from construction of a nuclear power plant. He said he plans to introduce legislation this winter to create a Maine Nuclear Power Council “to encourage, co-ordinate and guide interested parties to site nuclear power plants in Maine.”
